Charlton at CRHS

Charlton students at CRHS rotate between applied academics (ELA, Math, Social Studies/Life Skills, and Science) and work-based learning and/or community exploration opportunities daily.  While at CRHS, students participate in a variety of inclusion opportunities which have included Art, PE, Audio/Visual, Agriculture, JROTC, Chemistry labs, and Del-One Banking as well as a variety of high school events, such as Donut Decision Day, Parent Night, and Senior Day.  Many of our students are active with the Blue and Gold Club and Lunch Buddies. Work-based learning opportunities have been with CR Sports Equipment Management and local businesses and community partners including VooDoo LAX, Grotto’s, Wyoming Church, Walmart, Halls Family Restaurant, Wyoming Town Hall…to name a few. Our Charlton program at CRHS actively prepares students for our Roads to Success Adult program and provides DART Paratransit practice so that students are ready to transition to R2S when they finish up their senior year.
