School nursing bridges healthcare and education. As school nurses
we are here to support student success by providing healthcare
through assessment, intervention, and follow-up for all children
within the school setting. As school nurses, we address the physical,
mental, emotional, and social health needs of students and support
their achievement in the learning process.

As part of both your child’s educational team and their healthcare
