Ms. L. Christy Betts

Christy Betts is an experienced education leader with over 17 years in special education, school leadership, and inclusive programming. With dual master's degrees and a specialized certificate in Autism & Severe Disabilities, she is committed to student-centered planning and inclusive practices. Mrs. Betts is passionate about empowering educators through coaching and professional development, fostering equitable and high-quality educational environments for students. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives that emphasize collaboration and connections to create community partnerships that drive improved outcomes for students with disabilities and support the professionals who service them.  Christy and her family are proud members of the Caesar Rodney community.
