Mrs. Linda Webb

Mrs. Webb is an Assistant Principal of the Caesar Rodney Countywide Programs.

She began her career as  a 1:1 paraeducator and classroom paraeducator before becoming a John S. Charlton teacher for grades K-6. Mrs. Webb later served as an Instructional Coach and District Autism Support Staff.

She has worked closely with teachers at Charlton and across the district, providing evidence-based best practices for instructing students with Autism and Severe Disabilities.

Mrs. Webb holds a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a Master’s degree in special education, and a Master’s degree in school leadership. She also holds her Autism Certification from Wilmington University.
